Sprint: Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just 5 Days by Jake Knapp

This book is a go-to-guide for anyone who ever has or wants to run a sprint in their company, and wants to do it effectively. It guides you from the idea generation phase to execution and how to create a team to execute on any idea effectively. Great read!

Tip: I bought this book through Audible so I can listen to it during my commute, but I ended up buying the printed version. You will need the charts and illustrations in it, so definitely get the print version if you don’t feel like downloading the PDFs that come with the audible.

Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future by Ashlee Vance

I am a fan of technology and especially innovative technology. So in addition to reading Steve Jobs’s biography, Elon Musk was a no-brainer. It goes into the mind of the innovative entrepreneur, his successes and failures and definitely inspires you to think big and push when times get tough.
